UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for a multi-provider ambulatory clinic in Houston. You will lead patient care teams across 4–10 providers, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality, cost-effective care in a compliant environment.

The role requires an active Texas RN license, 4+ years of RN experience with at least 2 years in supervision, and certifications (ACLS/BLS; PALS for pediatrics as needed). Proficiency with EPIC is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• RN with license to practice in Texas
• Active, current Texas license
• 4+ years clinical RN experience with at least 2 years progressive supervisor/management experience
• ACLS (within 3 months), BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider), PALS if supervisor pediatric department (within 6 months)
• Experience using EPIC system is a plus

• Mentor clinical staff and conduct staff meetings
• Promote delivery of competent patient care and ensure adherence to policies
• Collaborate with clinicians to meet educational needs of staff

• Manage resources and staffing to meet patient load and budget
