Job summary

Greenspring Village, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor to lead licensed and non-licensed staff across Continuing Care neighborhoods including skilled nursing, long-term care, and memory care.

You will perform rounds, adjust staffing, and champion person-centered care while resolving concerns and leading investigations as required. This role requires RN licensure and CPR certification with experience in a supervisory capacity.

• Minimum of 1 year floor nurse experience in skilled care settings.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform walking rounds through Continuing Care neighborhoods to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Review and adjust staffing to meet resident needs and staffing levels.
• Apply a person-centered approach to enhance comfort, belonging and well-being.
• Assist in resolving resident and family concerns and grievances.
• Lead investigations for injuries, medication errors or abuse as needed.
• Review medical records for regulatory compliance and policy adherence.

Location: Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living. Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor who is responsible for the delivery of resident care by licensed and non-licensed staff in our Continuing Care Neighborhoods, which include skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care.

How you will make an impact

• Perform walking rounds through all Continuing Care neighborhoods (skilled nursing, long term care, assisted living, and memory care) to ensure nursing staff are providing the highest level of resident care possible
• Review, adjust and monitor nursing staffing in all neighborhoods to ensure appropriate staff is available to provide resident care and meet established PPD.
• Effectively implement a person-centered approach to care, focusing on the resident’s strengths while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Assist in resolving resident/family concerns and grievances.
• Lead investigations for injuries of unknown origin, medication errors, and/or abuse allegations as needed or requested. Complete supervisory reports as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Review documentation in medical records to ensure compliance with regulations, nursing standards of practice, and Erickson policy.

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living or hospital is required.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
• Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR certification required.
