Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, VA is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support residents’ well-being, safety and quality of life within a vibrant senior living community. You’ll respond to psychosocial needs, conduct assessments for prospective residents, and help determine appropriate levels of care.

• Conducting assessments of potential residents.
• Recommending appropriate levels of residency.
• Assessing and resolving issues regarding residents’ care and safety.

As a Resident Services Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents’ well‑being, safety, and quality of life within a vibrant senior living community. From responding to residents in need of psychosocial or supportive services to conducting assessments for prospective residents and recommending the most appropriate level of care, you’ll be trusted advocate and resource. • Compensation: $61000 - $65000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus
