Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking a Regional Float RN Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership across seven assisted living and memory care communities within your assigned region. This role travels between communities to support teams, coordinate care, and uphold high standards of resident safety and regulatory compliance.

You will coach care teams, oversee medication management, and partner with physicians, hospice, therapists, and families to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Assisted living, memory care, senior care, or related experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to quickly build trust with different teams and adapt to different environments.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable traveling between seven communities as needed.
• Passion for working with seniors, including those living with dementia.
• A compassionate, resident-focused approach.

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking a Regional Float RN Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership across seven assisted living and memory care communities within your assigned region.

This is not a traditional single-community Nurse Manager role. Your location will vary based on the needs of the region. You may spend several days or a week at one community before moving to another where your clinical leadership is needed.

A Better On-Call Structure

We believe leadership shouldn't mean being tied to your phone every evening.

There is NO weekday on-call requirement.

Suite Living partners with a dedicated service to provide Monday–Friday on-call coverage, allowing our RN Nurse Managers to focus on their scheduled responsibilities and maintain a more predictable work-life balance.

Weekend Coverage:

• Approximately 1 weekend every 7 weeks
• Saturday 7:00am – Monday 8:00am
• Phone-based clinical support; no routine on-site requirement
• $500 stipend per weekend
• Monday following your weekend rotation: 12:00pm–4:30pm

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000 annual base salary (based upon experience)
