Job summary

RM Management is seeking a Nurse Manager (RN) to lead nursing operations in our senior living setting. You will partner with the Director of Nursing to support clinical operations, drive quality resident care, and mentor staff while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, collaboration, and organizational skills to guide assessments, care planning, documentation, training, and day-to-day oversight.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota.
• Experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or related healthcare setting.

This role works closely with the Director of Nursing to support clinical operations, oversee quality resident care, mentor and support nursing staff, and help ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards.
