Responsibilities include assisting with assessments, care planning, clinical documentation, staff training and development, quality assurance initiatives, and day-to-day nursing oversight.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Minnesota
• Experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or related healthcare setting
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical best practices
