BridgePoint Continuing Care Hospital – National Harborside in Washington, DC seeks an experienced RN Nurse Manager to oversee patient care and nursing staff. You will collaborate with staff, physicians, and the Chief Clinical Officer to ensure policy adherence, staffing, and quality of care.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred), DC RN license with BCLS/ACLS, and 3+ years of leadership. Full‑time role with competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• DC RN license required; BCLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership in medical-surgical nursing; 2 years supervisory experience preferred.

• Consult with staff, physicians, and Chief Clinical Officer on nursing problems and policy interpretation.
• Ensure adequate staffing and adherence to Standards of Nursing Practice.
• Act as administrative representative in absence of Chief Clinical Officer.
