Qualifications

• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide clinical direction to licensed practical nurses.
• Oversee daily nursing activities in accordance with regulations.
• Promote a resident-centered approach to care.
• Document resident assessments and changes in condition accurately.
• Provide hands-on clinical care as needed.
