Qualifications

• RN education program approved by Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Associate degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Current Minnesota RN registration.
• Current CPR certification.
• CGFNS or equivalent credentialing or full RN license in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care; develop and implement care plans.
• Oversee RNs, CNAs, and nursing staff to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain medical records and document care delivery.
