Suite Living Senior Care Inc. is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager for an Assisted Living community in Maple Grove, MN. You will lead clinical care, mentor caregivers, and partner with families to ensure high-quality, resident-centered services.

The role features a Monday–Friday on-call structure with a weekend rotation and a base salary of $90,000 plus quarterly incentives. You’ll build strong cross‑disciplinary relationships to support residents across the care continuum.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clinical care for residents within your community.
• Conduct resident assessments and develop and maintain individualized service plans.
• Monitor changes in resident condition and coordinate appropriate interventions.
• Provide clinical guidance to caregivers and other members of the care team.
• Promote resident safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, providers, and leadership.
