Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) for the Falmouth, MA Assistive Care State Programs team, with relocation to Mashpee, MA. This role focuses on keeping care in the home and advancing nursing careers through growth opportunities.

You will supervise Home Health Aide staff, coordinate client care with field staff and clinicians, and participate in new hire orientation and staff in-services to ensure exceptional care in the community.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
• Home Care experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager preferred.
