Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently looking to add a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) to our Warwick, RI Assistive Care team. This team cares for clients in their homes within the state of Rhode Island.

The RN will visit geriatric clients, assess and develop client care plans, and supervise Home Health Aide staff. You will coordinate communications among clients, field staff, and clinicians, and participate in orientation and staff training.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of RN experience.
• Home Care experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager preferred.
