Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) to lead the Assistive Care team. You will visit geriatric clients, develop client care plans, and coordinate communications among clients, field staff, and clinicians.

The ideal candidate is an RN with 2+ years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in home health, supervising Home Health Aide staff, and coordinating orientation and staff training.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of nursing leadership/management
• Home health care experience preferred
• Supervisory experience in a clinical setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Visit geriatric clients in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas to assess needs
• Develop and execute client care plans and coordinate communications among clients, field staff, office, and clinicians
• Supervise and support Home Health Aide staff in the field
• Facilitate new hire orientation for Home Health Aides/ CNAs

Qualifications for a Nurse Manager/Clinical Manager:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
• Home Care experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager preferred.
