Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Falmouth, MA is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) to lead our Assistive Care State Programs team, with relocation to Mashpee, MA. You will visit geriatric clients, develop and oversee care plans, and coordinate between clients, field staff, and clinicians, while supervising Home Health Aide staff.

This role emphasizes clinical leadership, home-based care, and opportunities for upward mobility within the BAYADA network.

Qualifications

• RN with 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Home Care experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager preferred.
