Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Asheville, NC seeks a Clinical RN Nurse Manager (RN required) to lead our Adult Skilled Nursing & Pediatric office. You will visit clients, conduct assessments across Buncombe and surrounding counties, develop care plans, and oversee their execution.

The role supervises nursing staff, facilitates orientation for new nurses, and participates in training. Must have RN license and 2+ years as an RN, with supervisory experience and interest in trach/vent care.

Qualifications

• RN with two or more years of nursing experience.
• Trach/vent experience or interest in learning.
• Supervisory experience in a clinical setting.

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit clients and conduct assessments in Buncombe, Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Henderson and surrounding areas.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise nursing staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation for new nurses.
• Participate in training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.
