Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) to lead and supervise field nursing teams providing compassionate home health care.

The role includes visiting adult clients, developing and overseeing care plans, and coordinating staff training. RN with 2+ years clinically, supervisory experience preferred, and pediatric care exposure are required. This is a Monday-Friday office-based leadership position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of RN experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Trach/Vent experience preferred.
• Pediatric experience required.
