Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) for our Charlotte, NC Assistive Care team. This role emphasizes keeping care in the homes and developing skills for upward career mobility.

Responsibilities include assessing geriatric clients, coordinating communications between clients, field staff, and clinicians, supervising Home Health Aide staff, and leading new hire orientation and ongoing staff training.

Qualifications

• RN with 2+ years of RN experience.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager preferred.
