BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Charlotte, NC Assistive Care team as a Clinical Manager. You'll lead clinical operations, oversee care plans, and support caregivers in a local office to ensure high-quality home health care.

The role emphasizes leadership development, collaboration with families and staff, and ongoing staff training. Monday–Friday schedule with a retention bonus opportunity and weekly pay is included.

Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in North Carolina.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional RN experience.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or nurse manager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit geriatric clients in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas to assess care needs.
• Develop and oversee individualized client care plans.
• Coordinate communication among clients, families, staff, and clinicians.
• Supervise, coach, and support Home Health Aides and CNAs.
• Facilitate new-hire orientation and ongoing staff training.
• Serve as a clinical resource and promote BAYADA's care standards.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Charlotte, NC Assistive Care team as a Clinical Manager / Nurse Manager.

What You'll Do

As a Clinical Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting our clients, caregivers, and office team. Responsibilities include:

• Visit geriatric clients throughout Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas to conduct assessments and help ensure high-quality care.
• Develop and oversee individualized client care plans.
• Coordinate communication between clients, families, field staff, office staff, and clinicians.
• Supervise, coach, and support Home Health Aides in the field.
• Facilitate new-hire orientation for Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Participate in employee training and in-service education to help field staff provide exceptional care.
• Serve as a clinical resource and help promote BAYADA's commitment to compassionate, high-quality home care.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 2+ years of professional RN experience required.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or Nurse Manager experience preferred.
• A passion for supporting clients in their homes and developing caregivers.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
