Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) to lead our local team and oversee adult client care. The successful candidate will bring at least two years of RN experience, plus supervisory capabilities, to a mission-driven organization renowned for care quality.

You will conduct client assessments, develop and oversee care plans, supervise Home Health Aides and CNAs, and participate in staff training and in-services.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of RN experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
