Job summary

HCA Florida Kendall Hospital in Miami–Dade County seeks an experienced RN Nurse Manager for the Cardiac Cath Lab to provide 24/7 administrative and clinical leadership. The role partners with nursing and physician teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and efficient operations.

You will oversee scheduling, staffing, and resources, drive evidence-based practices, and collaborate across departments to support revenue integrity and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• BLS certification current or obtained within 30 days of start date.
• ACLS certification current or obtained within 30 days of start date.
• RN (Registered Nurse)
• Minimum 3 years of Cardiac Cath Lab nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Minimum 1 year as a full-time Charge Nurse/Coordinator, Nursing Administrative Supervisor, or Nursing Management in an acute care hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour administrative and clinical leadership for Cardiovascular Services.
• Plan, coordinate and manage scheduling, personnel and resources for high-quality care.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and other disciplines to ensure efficient patient care and revenue integrity.
• Oversee daily operations and implement evidence-based strategies to improve safety, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
