Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Cardiac Cath Lab in Miami Beach, FL. The leader will supervise unit staff, coordinate daily operations, and drive patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires Florida RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and leadership experience. Responsibilities include staffing, payroll coordination, and ensuring safety and quality through KPI monitoring and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida is required.
• BLS/ACLS certification required.
• If in cost center NURSING- 6 DE HMT SOUTH RN, non-violent crisis intervention certificate must be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example and supports the team on the floor.
• Plans, organizes and directs unit activities and staffing for the shift.
• Maintains open, timely communication among health care teams and during daily dialogues.
• Ensures scheduling aligns with patient needs, acuity, and budget; minimizes overtime.
• Oversees payroll updates and helps recruit, onboard and develop nursing staff.
• Maintains patient safety, compliance with regulations, and unit KPI tracking.
