Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license required.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in nursing education, staff development, or nursing leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orientation and onboarding for nursing staff.
• Develop and provide clinical education and training for RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other staff.
• Conduct skills validations and competency assessments.
• Maintain training and compliance records.
• Support infection prevention and quality initiatives.
• Educate staff on procedures and resident safety.
