Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop resident care plans

• Passing medications and assisting with admissions
• Rounds with physicians and starting IVs
• Accurate charting of resident progress notes
• Support LVNs and CNAs and maintain equipment readiness
• Follow Infection Control policies and report exposures
