Job summary

Copper Ridge Healthcare Center is seeking an RN to supervise day-to-day nursing activities across Day and NOC shifts in California. The position features 3-12 hour shifts with a 3-month rotation to support work-life balance.

You will ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, participate in policy development, and coordinate nursing services with resident care. This role supports the facility's quality assurance program and works under the DON/ADON guidance.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must be licensed as an RN in the state (RN license).
• English language proficiency required for communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities on assigned shifts.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating nursing policies and procedures.
• Coordinate nursing services with resident services to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in the facility's quality assurance and survey readiness.
• Review and approve nursing care plans and discharge planning as needed.
• Maintain proper reporting and documentation of nursing activities.
