Job summary

Midtown Oaks Post Acute in Sacramento, CA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Night (NOC) shift. The RN will lead clinical care, supervise nursing staff, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and high-quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, active California RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Supervise LVNs and CNAs and coordinate staff on shift.
• Maintain compliant nursing documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and therapists.
