Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the implementation of the resident care plan.
• Perform regular rounds on nursing units.
• Monitor incidents, accidents and resident/staff complaints and document properly.
• Assist in direct resident care as needed.
• Administer performance reviews for shift staff in coordination with unit managers.
