Heritage Pointe Rehab and Nursing Center in Doylestown, PA is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff during the 11p-7a shift. The role requires an active RN license, strong clinical leadership, and a commitment to high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in supervising nursing staff is preferred.
• Ability to direct and monitor resident care plans.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incidents, accidents and resident/staff complaints and document properly.
• Assist in direct resident care as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.
• The Registered Nurse Supervisor regularly rounds on nursing units.
• The RN Supervisor monitors and assures that incidents, accidents and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly.
• The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in direct resident care and work as a staff nurse, as necessary.
• The RN Supervisor prepares/administers performance reviews for shift staff in consultation with unit managers; provide correction/re-education to shift staff as needed.
