Responsibilities include supervising the night crew, acting as the primary clinical resource, ensuring compliance with correctional healthcare guidelines, and fostering a high-performing team to deliver safe, efficient care

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing team and ensure patient care stays on track.
• Serve as primary clinical resource when questions arise and quick thinking matters.
• Coordinate nursing operations to promote efficient, high-quality care.
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medication administration, and emergency response as needed.
• Promote compliance with nursing practices, policies, and correctional healthcare guidelines.
• Coach, mentor, and encourage nurses to bring their best to every shift.
• Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
