Job summary

Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Night Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team at Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, TN. The role runs Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with a dedicated night shift differential.

The RN Night Supervisor will guide clinical care, coordinate operations, and support the nursing staff to deliver safe, high-quality patient care in a correctional setting while the world sleeps.

Qualifications

• RN with leadership experience in fast-paced settings.
• Overnight supervision of nursing team.
• Knowledge of correctional healthcare guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing team and ensure patient care stays on track.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for questions and quick decisions.
• Coordinate nursing operations to promote efficient, high-quality care.
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medication administration, and emergencies.
• Promote compliance with nursing practices and facility guidelines.
• Coach and mentor nurses to perform at their best.
• Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff for continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
