Job summary

Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking a Registered Nurse Night Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team at Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, TN. The schedule runs Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with a night shift differential.

Qualifications

• RN with leadership instincts and ability to lead overnight team.
• Strong clinical nursing skills and judgment.
• Excellent communication and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing team while maintaining patient care.
• Serve as primary clinical resource during night shift and answer questions.
• Coordinate nursing operations to ensure efficient, high-quality care.
• Assist with assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Ensure compliance with nursing practices and correctional healthcare guidelines.
• Coach and mentor nurses to bring their best to each shift.
• Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
