Job summary

Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Night Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team at Montgomery County Jail, Clarksville, TN. You will ensure safe, high‑quality patient care during the night shift, coordinate operations, and act as the primary clinical resource for staff and inmates.

In this role you will oversee assessments, treatments, and medication administration, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with correctional healthcare

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Experience in correctional healthcare or supervision preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing team and ensure continuous patient care.
• Serve as primary clinical resource for questions and quick thinking.
• Coordinate nursing operations to promote efficient, high‑quality care.
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medication administration, and emergencies.
• Promote compliance with nursing practices, policies, and correctional guidelines.
• Coach, mentor, and encourage nurses to bring their best to every shift.
• Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
