Job summary

Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Night Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team at Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, TN. This role focuses on clinical leadership, patient care quality, and operational coordination during night hours.

You will supervise the overnight team, serve as the primary clinical resource, and ensure compliance with correctional healthcare guidelines while coordinating care with providers and facility staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing with applicable state board.
• Experience supervising an overnight nursing team is preferred.
• Ability to lead under pressure and coordinate care in a correctional setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing crew to maintain patient care standards.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource during night shifts.
• Coordinate nursing operations for efficient, high-quality care.
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medications, and emergencies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with nursing practices and correctional guidelines.
• Coach and mentor night shift nurses to perform at their best.
• Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
