Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking an RN Night Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team at Montgomery County Jail – Clarksville, TN. The role runs Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM with a night shift differential and the opportunity to own the night and impact patient care.

You will supervise, coordinate, and support the team, serving as the go-to clinical resource while ensuring compliance with correctional healthcare guidelines and documenting care accurately.

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse with active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum clinical experience and ability to supervise overnight teams.
• Strong communication and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing team and ensure patient care stays on track.
• Act as primary clinical resource for questions and urgent decisions.
• Coordinate nursing operations for efficient, high-quality care.
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medication administration, and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with nursing practices and correctional healthcare guidelines.
• Mentor and coach nurses to perform at their best.
• Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
