Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Night Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team at Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, TN. This role focuses on delivering quality patient care while the rest of the facility sleeps, with a night shift schedule and the added incentive of a night shift differential.

You will supervise, mentor and coordinate nursing operations, ensure compliance with correctional healthcare guidelines, document accurately, and collaborate

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing team while maintaining patient care standards.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource during night shifts for questions and urgent needs.
• Coordinate nursing operations to ensure efficient, high-quality care.
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medication administration, and emergency responses as needed.
• Promote compliance with nursing practices and correctional healthcare guidelines.
• Coach and mentor nurses to bring their best to every shift.
• Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
