Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations during evening, night, and holiday coverage in Lincoln, ME. This role functions as the on-duty administrator across departments for 13 weeks, ensuring safe patient care and effective staffing during nightly hours.

The ideal candidate will have a current nursing license, a minimum of 2 years of experience, and ED exposure; BSN is preferred. Expect to oversee rounds, guide staff, and uphold policy compliance and quality

Qualifications

• ED experience required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
• Current Nursing License must be active.

Responsibilities

• Acts as on-duty administrator for all departments during evening, night, weekend and holiday hours.
• Performs frequent rounds to assess patient care quality and environment.
• Communicates needs to department heads and documents appropriately.
• Maintains clinical competence across units and supports staff through training and guidance.
• Contributes to safety, quality improvement, and disaster readiness initiatives.
