Job summary

Apploi is seeking an experienced RN Night Supervisor to oversee professional nursing practice and coordinate care for medically complex residents. You will ensure high-quality nursing services, support staff, and enforce policies while maintaining patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• Supervisory experience in a team leader role.
• Professional nursing experience required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Determine optimal staff allocation per shift and unit.
• Coordinate patient care across assigned shifts.
• Review 24-hour reports and monitor changes in condition.
• Serve as administrative authority for unit operations.
• Notify nursing leadership of urgent concerns.
• Manage call-offs, schedules, and vacancies.
• Perform rounds to monitor acutely ill patients.
• Respond to code blue and medical emergencies.
• Assist with policy development and quality improvement meetings.
