Job summary

Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a House Supervisor (RN) for Night shift. You will oversee clinical care, mentor staff, and collaborate with Nursing Directors to ensure safe, evidence-based patient care and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading department rounds, staffing oversight, and participation in quality improvement and interdisciplinary teams. RN licensure in Michigan, ADN required with BSN preferred, and CRRN is expected.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Michigan.
• ADN required, BSN preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; CRRN required or able to sit for exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care on assigned shift following policies and protocols.
• Mentor staff, ensure appropriate staffing plans and education needs.
• Lead nursing huddles, participate in committees, and communicate with physicians and Nursing Directors.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure safe, patient-focused care and optimal outcomes.
