Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital-Downriver in Wyandotte, MI is seeking a House Supervisor-Registered Nurse (RN) to lead daily operations on the unit. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and manage resources during your shift.

The role requires an RN license with current BLS/ACLS. Five years of critical care experience and BSN are preferred. A $10,000 sign-on bonus, orientation, tuition assistance, and a strong benefits package accompany this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
• Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
