Atlantic Specialty Care in Atlantic, IA, a 90-bed long-term care community, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts (6pm–6am). Competitive hourly pay with shift differentials is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing in Iowa.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit to ensure quality care and safety.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor residents and respond promptly to status changes.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers and other team members to ensure high-quality care.
