Job summary
Care Initiatives in Iowa is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts (10PM-6AM) across our skilled nursing communities. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and safety for residents.

Qualifications
- RN license in good standing (Iowa).
- Current CPR certification.
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
- A strong commitment to helping others with empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
- Support daily clinical operations and resident safety on the unit.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to status changes.
- Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and the care team to promote teamwork and high-quality care.
- Communicate care needs with residents and families clearly.
- Document care in the medical record per regulations.
- Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols.
