Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a registered nurse to provide individualized care across all stages of resident health. You will apply the nursing process, collaborate with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care in a long-term skilled care setting.

This full-time RN role requires MN licensure, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and offers night shifts with bi-weekly schedules, shift incentives, and a robust benefits

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary colleagues.
• Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis and treatment.
