Job summary

Courtney Manor in Bad Axe, Michigan seeks an Registered Nurse (RN) for an on-site, full-time position. You will oversee nursing staff, plan resident care, assign work, and ensure safety and quality in care delivery across shifts, with differential for night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute settings.
• Current state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current CPR certification or CPR certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises LPNs, CNAs, and other staff providing direct care.
• Plans and directs work to meet resident needs and safety.
• Prepares assignments and adjusts staffing as needed for resident care.
• Oversees unit operations in absence of higher-level management.
• Uses independent judgment per policies and laws.
