Job summary

Dimondale Nursing Care Center in Dimondale, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position with 12-hour shifts, including nights and rotating weekends. The role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus paid monthly, competitive hourly wages, and a full benefits package.

You will deliver specialized care across orthopedic, cardiac, respiratory and other areas, participate in an interdisciplinary team, and support patients and families with treatment planning and education.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) must be licensed in Michigan; CPR-BLS certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• Strong analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and implement nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of treatments including would care, IV therapy, and catheter care.
• Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients/families on changes.
• Provide preventative and supportive care for patient well-being.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions.
• Oversee Nurse Aide team including direction, training, and evaluations.
