Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care in a senior care setting. The role emphasizes assessment, planning, and coordination of care for residents, with opportunities to serve as charge nurse and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

New graduates are welcome, and a sign-on bonus of $10,000 is available. The facility offers health, dental, and vision insurance and a competitive shift schedule including 6pm–6am nights.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed personnel as appropriate.
