Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise daily nursing activities within a long-term care facility. You will oversee patient care, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and participate in policy development and quality assurance.

As a key member of the nursing leadership, you will coordinate care with residents, families, and staff, manage staffing and training, and assist with discharge planning while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing activities in the facility.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Develop and update Nursing Service Manual and policies.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and other staff.
• Participate in discharge planning and care coordination.
• Oversee staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain documentation and reports as required.
