Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure residents receive quality nursing care per individualized care plans.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to nursing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
