Job summary

Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for our evening/night shift. The role coordinates staffing and delivers direct nursing care when needed to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is an RN graduate with PA licensure and CPR certification, proficient in assessment and communication, and capable of mentoring staff in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved RN program.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Prior work experience in nursing supervision or related role.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor residents using current nursing principles and provide notifications as needed.
• Demonstrate the skills to safely provide age-appropriate care on the unit.
• Provide written and/or oral status reports of residents for follow-up actions.

Job Summary

Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN Supervisor to join our evening/night shift team! As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the effective use of personnel to perform required resident care, while also providing nursing care when needed. RN Supervisor Essential Duties

• Utilizes current physical assessment skills and knowledge of nursing principles to assess and monitor residents according to clinical status and needs and makes appropriate notifications

• Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to safely provide care appropriate to age of residents managed on unit

• Provides written and/or oral status reports of residents to assure necessary follow-up actions

RN Supervisor Requirements

• A graduate of an approved nursing program for registered nurses

• Current Registered Nurse License in the state of Pennsylvania

• Current CPR certification

• Prior work experience
