Job summary

The Gardens at West Shore is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) for the night shift to lead our nursing team and support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality resident care at a skilled nursing facility in Camp Hill, PA.

You will oversee nursing staff, ensure clinical excellence, promote regulatory compliance, and foster a positive work environment through strong leadership and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania (or eligible)
• Supervisory/leadership experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise nursing staff during the night shift
• Ensure care is provided per physician orders and care plans
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
