EdenEast's Edenbrook of Greenwood Hill in Pottsville, PA, is seeking a dedicated Part-time RN Supervisor to join our exceptional team. Available shifts include: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

As the RN Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of resident care and compliance with regulations. Active RN licensure and an accredited RN degree are required, with 3+ years in long-term care preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure is required.
• Degree from an accredited RN program.
• Minimum three years in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Familiarity with state survey rules, Medicare and Medicaid.
• Proficiency with computers and medical equipment.
• Prior PCC experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing department operations.
• Ensure care standards and resident rights.
• Conduct frequent nursing rounds across units.
• Protect residents from abuse, mistreatment, neglect.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary management for policy and planning.
