Responsabilités

• Monitor census, bed utilization, admissions, discharges, transfers.
• Serve as administrative point of contact after hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate resources to ensure safety and quality care.
• Act as incident commander in disasters until relieved by a senior leader.
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to nursing staff.
